These end fittings feature a bolted-on interchangeable design and are easily interchangeable.
The Universal buoy is constructed with:

- Closed cell rigid urethane floatation foam
- Heat laminated impact absorbing closed cell foam
- Thick tough filament nylon reinforced urethane skin
