PRODUCT TYPE: Ocean Guard™ Floating Monopile Donut Fender

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The project consisted of 6 donut fenders, 1 – 8 ft diameter, 4 – 6 ft diameter and 1 – 4 ft diameter standard capacity Ocean Guard™ floating monopile donut fenders.

NOTES: The fenders were designed to allow the specified freeboard requirements of the client, as such the lengths of the fenders varied. The longest fender was 29 ft long. The design of these fenders incorporated a mooring crown. This system allows optimal mooring at all tidal variations.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: MDB 4000 Modular Buoy has a minimum of 4 tons of buoyancy.  Constructed with a heavy duty central steel structure which is equipped with 2 replaceable, independent, freely rotating buoyancy modules. The modules are constructed with impact absorbing foam and a thick tough nylon filament reinforced urethane skin. The central hawse pipe is outfitted with replaceable wear wire liners at each end of the center pipe.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: The project consisted of 25 Ocean Guard™ Netless foam-filled fenders.

NOTES: The fenders were designed to allow ship to ship and ship to dock safe berthing for the Armada de Chile’s naval fleet. These fenders were manufactured with a thick, tough grey non marking reinforced urethane elastomer, thermal laminated foam core and integral heavy duty swivel end fittings.
